Iridology testing

The old saying that the eyes are the windows to the soul comes to mind when trying to explain Iridology. The International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA) states that Iridology is "the study of the iris, or coloured part, of the eye. This structure has detailed fibres and pigmentation that reflects information about our physical and psychological makeup. It identifies inherited dispositions (how our body reacts to our environment and what symptoms are most likely to occur), risks (what areas or organ systems are more likely to have symptoms) and future challenges (where we are likely to have more problems as we age). Iridology helps identify inherited emotional patterns which can create or maintain physical symptoms, as well as identify lessons or challenges and gifts or talents available to us".

Iris analysis is a valuable diagnostic tool that provides the practitioner with a unique insight into the patients’ condition in a non-invasive manner. Every single iris is completely unique (like a finger print) and tells the experienced practitioner volumes about the patient. There are several different constitutional types in Iridology and each constitution has specific predispositions and will develop specific types of illnesses in the right (or rather wrong circumstances). This knowledge is extremely valuable to anybody who is interested in preventative health and can be used to prevent chronic diseases before they even happen. There are also several more acute signs which indicate the current state of health and can show tissue weakness in specific areas, organ dysfunction and toxic accumulations. This provides the practitioner with very valuable clues as to where the patients’ current ill health is originating from and makes it possible to treat the cause rather than just the symptoms.
