Many of us have experienced the effect that lack of sleep has on our mood and mental ability. What happens when this becomes a long-term condition?

Insufficient sleep also impacts the skin causing signs of premature ageing, such as reduced elasticity, dehydration, redness, increased pigmentation, puffiness, dark circles and bags under the eyes. We truly need our beauty sleep!

Stress management, good nutrition, specific supplements and proper sleep hygiene can improve sleeping patterns and prevent the harmful effects associated with chronic sleep deprivation.
