Helette’s journey into the world of professional skincare began in 2007 at the prestigious ISA Carstens Academy. By the end of 2009, she had earned multiple qualifications, including her BTEC certification, basic and advanced diplomas, international diploma, and a spa management diploma, laying a strong foundation for a career in aesthetic wellness.

In February 2010, Helette joined Skin Renewal, where she discovered her passion for medical aesthetics. Over the years, she has built a reputation for her patient-first approach, unwavering professionalism, and deep knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology. With a strong belief that every patient is unique, she tailors her care to suit individual skin concerns and treatment goals.

Having spent many years as a skincare therapist at Skin Renewal Willowbridge, she developed into a confident and ambitious leader. For over six years, she proudly led the team at Skin Renewal Paarl as the branch leader.

In addition to her in-clinic role, Helette is now part of our Customer Relations Team, assisting patients online from 7am to 10pm daily. Her commitment to service excellence ensures that all online interactions are warm, informed, and solution-oriented — an extension of the high standards set within our clinics.
